✨ Shipping & Delivery

At You Little Gem, every order is carefully packed with love and attention to detail. We aim to get your new treasures on their way to you as quickly as possible while keeping them safe and beautifully presented.

📦 Processing Times

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), this may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

🚚 UK Delivery

Currently we only ship within the UK.
Parcels are sent via Royal Mail or Courier Service and delivery should take 2-3 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

🌍 International Orders

At this time, we don’t offer international shipping — but this may change in future. If you’re outside the UK and would love to order, please get in touch to register your interest.

💎 Packaging

Each order is wrapped with care using eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
Jewellery items come in a soft pouch with a silver cleaning cloth and anti-tarnish tab, ready for gifting or safekeeping. Crystals are cushioned for protection and presentation.

💌 Delays & Missing Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an extra couple of days as occasional postal delays can occur.
Should your parcel appear lost, contact hello@youlittlegem.com and we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue.
