Q: Are your crystals genuine?
Yes — every crystal and gemstone is 100% genuine and carefully sourced for its quality and natural beauty. Many are hand-selected so no two pieces are ever the same.

Q: What materials do you use for your jewellery?
All our jewellery is crafted from sterling silver (925) and natural crystals. Each piece is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and designed for long-lasting wear.

Q: What do the crystals mean?
Each gemstone carries its own unique energy and symbolism — from the calming vibes of Amethyst to the loving energy of Rose Quartz. You can find the meanings on each product page.

Caring for Your Jewellery

Q: How do I care for my silver jewellery?
Keep your jewellery in the soft pouch provided, along with the anti-tarnish tab included. Use the silver polishing cloth gently to restore shine. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions to keep your silver bright.

Q: Can I cleanse and charge the crystals in my jewellery?
Yes — most crystals can be gently cleansed with sunlight, moonlight, smoke (sage or incense), or by placing them on a selenite charging plate. Avoid soaking your jewellery in water.

Orders & Shipping

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we only ship within the UK, however if you’re outside the UK and would love to order, please get in touch to register your interest.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your returns policy?
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 21 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons). Items must be in an unused condition and in original packaging.

Q: How do I start a return?

Q: What if my order is a gift?
