Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new treasure from You Little Gem, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

💎 Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 21 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Please ensure your item is:

• Unworn and in its original packaging
• Returned with any included information cards, pouches or boxes
• Sent securely to avoid damage in transit

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Please note: Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Custom or personalised items are also non-refundable unless faulty.

📦 How to Make a Return

To start your return, please email hello@youlittlegem.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• A brief reason for your return (to help us improve!)

We’ll reply with the return address and instructions. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💫 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for another size or design, just let us know when you email us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on stock availability.

🌿 Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care when preparing and packaging your order. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can put things right.

💖 Final Notes

Each You Little Gem piece is made from natural materials — crystals and gemstones may have individual markings, variations in colour, or inclusions. These are part of their unique beauty, not faults.
